Landscape Photography Workshops 

Landscape photography workshops are a great way to get to know the most beautiful places in the world and improve your technique.

I take interesting tours to some breathtaking places in Italy, Norway and Iceland with other professional landscape photographers and local guides.
We will take you to amazing places at the exact time!

Photography Workshops

In photography workshops, you will learn about the correct camera settings for specific conditions, the basics of composition, effective workflow and, of course, landscape photography features.

Each photography workshop is unique and full of information to help you advance your photographic journey.

We have work in the field and processing lessons. And between sessions we spend a lot of time on lessons, processing instructions or excursions and rest.

We all work in the field and have time to teach each other.

During the photo session we have comfortable accommodation in 3-4-star hotels or villas and transfer by minibus or car. If possible, the tour price includes meals.

The most amazing photo contests for beginners are Tuscany, Lofoten Islands and Spain.

Landscape Expedition

We use all our time to work! Photo workshops are small enough, so I or one of the supervisors is with you so you can consult with him. You should know the camera settings very well and have special equipment.

The schedule of the expedition is full of hikes, sessions and hard work on the subject. Usually you should fit well. We have a lot of fun, too.

Accommodation is possible in tents and camping sites or places most convenient for future shooting. Expedition is a kind of extreme travel.

Description of each seminar or expedition on landscape photography includes information about the necessary equipment, photo equipment, level of physical training, accommodation, etc. 

Landscape workshops on location

How to set up and take pictures using your camera to get stunning results. You can count on my help anytime during the workshop.

This is a typical example of our workshop on site.

Topics include:

• Understanding the basic camera settings: Shutter speed, Aperture, ISO, Histogram
• Equipment for landscape photography
• Using a tripod
• Elements of composition
• How to use ND filters and Polarizer in the field to balance the light
• Long exposure photography
• Working in low light
• Focus Stacking
• Capturing scenes with a large dynamic range

Post processing

Go step by step through my digital workflow. I’ll show you how I process my images, or if you like, I’ll be happy to edit one of your images and walk you through the entire workflow from the RAW file to the finished editing. Post-processing workshops are not available on the Photographic Expedition.

• RAW adjustments
• Editing images with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Layer masks in Photoshop
• Remove distracting objects and cleaning up images with content-aware
• Exposure blending with luminosity masks
• Balancing light
• Contrast adjustments
• Sharpening for web + print

Since 2005, I’ve been fond of photography. I like landscapes and architectural photos the most. I would like to share my passion and knowledge with you and teach you how I see nature.

2017 I wrote in the Lofoten Islands Guide book. A guide for photographers and travelers. It was a challenging and interesting project. You can check my gallery to see which photos you can take home, our photo tours and photo workshops.

Skill level

Please read the description carefully and choose the most appropriate one for your level. Most workshops have basic and intermediate skill levels. But the tour leader will always help you if you need it.

Fitness level
