Series “Interstellar”. For me, these images are about deep, in some places almost mathematical structure within covered by a light dusting of chaos on top. The Structures interplays with the structure, sometimes following it and at others ignoring it. The third theme is the white randomness that clusters, but located seemingly without any discernable pattern, adds to the detail of the already complex shot. The contrast between the white and fluffy foreground, the waves of the gaping hole gently converging into a barely visible crack culminating in darkness. And beyond lies a clearly discernable yet mysterious chasm. The subtle shadows across the snow and the totally perfect geometric holes. What are they? A suggestion, perhaps, that the way we seek understand the world is so utterly misguided?
